HTM-2004-5-11Y-A5P is a 20 character wide, 4 line character LCD module, st7066u controller, contains a yellow-green single LED backlight, which can be easily dimmed using resistors or PWM, STN+ display LCD, wide operating temperature range, ROHS compliant, built-in character set supports English/Japanese/Russian text, see ST7066U datasheet for the full character set. Optional pin header connections, 5V or 3.3V power supply and I2C adapter board for arduino are available. It can be easily controlled by MCUs such as 8051ARDUINO. It can be used in any embedded system, industrial equipment, security, medical and handheld devices.
