SPI/MCU-to-TTL Signal Conversion Module Adapter
The SPI/MCU to TTL Signal Module is a high-performance display controller that bridges low-pin-count host interfaces (SPI or MCU parallel bus) with standard RGB TFT panels. It integrates a 128Mb frame buffer, a JPG hardware decoder, a 2D BitBLT graphics engine, and a geometry drawing engine – all in a compact design.
Key Features
Dual Host Interfaces – Supports SPI serial interface and 8/16‑bit MCU parallel interface (8080). This allows any microcontroller with limited I/Os to drive high‑resolution displays.
RGB Panel Output – Directly drives 16‑bit (RGB565) or 24‑bit (RGB888) RGB interface TFT displays up to 1024×768 resolution. Achieves Alpha RGB:8888 color depth for smooth transparency and blending.
Embedded Memory & Acceleration – 128Mb display RAM enables multiple display windows and fast buffer switching. Built‑in 2D BitBLT accelerator with ROP operations, PIP (Picture‑in‑Picture), and alpha blending. Geometry engine draws points, lines, curves, ellipses, rectangles, and rounded rectangles.
JPG Hardware Decoder – Offloads JPEG decoding from the host, saving CPU bandwidth and accelerating image rendering.
Flexible Display Control – Supports mirroring and vertical flip. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C, suitable for industrial applications.
Easy Integration – 3.3V logic supply. Separate pins for LED backlight, resistive/capacitive touch (I²C), and SPI‑controlled touch panel.
Typical Applications
Ideal for HMI, industrial control panels, medical devices, and any project that requires driving an RGB TFT screen from a simple SPI or MCU bus. The module simplifies hardware design and accelerates graphical user interface development.
