    HTM-H013A6-SPI-V0 is a high-performance TFT LCD display module based on SPI interface. It adopts 1.28-inch full-view screen with a resolution of 240x240 (RGB three-color pixels), which can provide clear and delicate display effects. The module is equipped with GC9A01 driver chip, supports a wide voltage operating range of 2.5V to 3.3V, and is suitable for a variety of embedded scenarios. Its typical brightness reaches 750 cd/m² (constant current test), and with a wide viewing angle of 80/80/80/80, it ensures that a clear picture can still be presented in complex light environments. The module has built-in drive circuit, supports SPI 3-wire/4-wire communication, and the interface pins cover power supply, control signal and backlight control (BLEN). The design is compact and easy to integrate. The product performs stably in extreme temperature environments. The TFT operating temperature range is -30℃ to +80℃, and the storage temperature covers -20℃ to +70℃, which meets the needs of industrial-grade applications. The module structure is precisely designed, taking into account reliability and thinness, and is suitable for smart wear, industrial control equipment and portable terminals.


    This model is a module with driver. For the same series of products, we also provide smart display modules with UART: HTM-H013A6-UART-A02. These modules with driver are very simple and easy to understand for some engineers who lack development capabilities. To provide more flexible options, we provide this series of models with a version without driver board and with FPC soft cable: TFT-H013A6QQIGC5N10 with long cable design, high brightness version: TFT-H013A6QQIGC7N10. These displays are suitable for development platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LVGL, etc. Developers can freely choose according to product requirements. All our products comply with ROHS standards.
