4X40 character LCD modules HTM - 4004B - 11Y features a 40 character, 4 line panel that displays dark pixels on a yellow-green background. This see-through LCD screen can be viewed in ambient or low light conditions and features a yellow-green LED light. This high contrast STN LCD screen operates over a wide temperature range and operates from either 3.3V or 5.0V. An optimal viewing angle at the 6 o'clock position ensures the screen is clearly visible from all angles. It features temperature compensation circuitry and a built-in ST7066U controller.
