    The 16 characters per line 16 model htm1602-12-31w-a5p is a high contrast color on glass (COG) LCD that displays dark pixels against bright white background LED backlight. LCD displays use FSTN (+) forward display technology and provide superior contrast and excellent visibility both in ambient and backlight conditions. This high quality LCD has a wide operating temperature range between - 20 and 70 degrees Celsius and is perfect for all kinds of indoor and outdoor environments. This 16 character 2-line display has a built-in st7066u controller, a six hour viewing angle, and a serial communication interface. LCD devices operate at 5.0 V power supply and guarantee energy efficient operation in a variety of applications. This LCD is compatible with Arduino and other similar boards.

    Font Customization: A variety of font libraries are available, including English/Japanese, Western European, Eastern European, Scandinavian European, Cyrillic (Russian), Hebrew/Arabic, and more.
