The 4.0 Inch TFT Display SPI LCD Module, powered by the ST7365 driver IC, is a high-performance display solution designed for embedded product development. This SPI LCD Module features a sharp 320(RGB)×480 pixel resolution with IPS technology, delivering exceptional wide viewing angles (U89/D89/L89/R89 typical) and vibrant color reproduction. The active display area measures 55.68mm × 83.52mm, while the compact module dimensions of 60.88mm × 94.57mm × 2.30mm make it ideal for space-constrained applications.
This versatile SPI LCD Module supports multiple host interfaces, including 4-line 8-bit serial I/F, 8-bit 8080 MCU parallel bus, and 16-bit parallel bus (default). The 4-wire SPI interface allows seamless connection with low-pin-count microcontrollers, while the integrated tearing effect (TE) pin enables smooth frame synchronization. The module operates at a digital power supply of 3.0V typical and includes a built-in backlight driver with typical forward voltage of 3.0V and current of 160mA, achieving 500 cd/m² typical luminance.
Designed for reliability, this SPI LCD Module operates across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +80°C and can be stored between -30°C and +80°C. Optional capacitive touch panel is available upon request. The module includes comprehensive initialization code in the datasheet, simplifying software development.
