    The display module adopts innovative reflective-transmissive hybrid LCD technology to achieve sharp display effect of yellow-green background and black text at 240×160 pixel resolution. Its dual-mode optical system can intelligently adapt to the ambient illumination: when the ambient light intensity is greater than 10,000 lux, the reflective layer can efficiently reflect more than 85% of the incident light to ensure visibility under strong light; in low-light environment, the integrated LED backlight module can provide up to 450cd/m² brightness output, combined with a 5:1 contrast enhancement algorithm to achieve clear imaging in dark environments.


    Core parameters:


    Wide temperature range operation: MIL-STD-810G certified, -20℃ low temperature start-up time <3s, 70℃ high temperature continuous operation stability up to 5000hrs


    6 o'clock wide viewing angle design, horizontal/vertical viewing angle up to ±60°/±50° respectively


    Low power architecture: 3.3V±5% power supply, standby current <10μA


    Industrial grade EMC protection: ESD contact discharge 8kV, radiation immunity 10V/m


    Interface features:

    Equipped with SPI interface, supports Arduino IDE native driver library, compatible with STM32/C8051F series MCU's DMA direct memory access. The module integrates a frame buffer controller, with a maximum bus clock frequency of up to 20MHz, to achieve zero-delay graphics refresh.


    Application scenarios:

    Applicable to smart grid terminals (compliant with DL/T 721-2013 standard), industrial HMI (certified by EN 61000-6-2) and vehicle-mounted equipment (meet ISO 16750-3 vibration requirements), especially suitable for outdoor applications that require EN 60529 IP65 protection level.


    Environmental certification:

    In addition to complying with RoHS 2.0, the product materials meet the REACH SVHC 224 restrictions, and the packaging uses biodegradable bio-based polymers, which complies with the EU Packaging Waste Directive 94/62/EC.
