The Character LCD Modules is a 2 x 16 character LCD display with a unique yellow-green backlight and front-facing STN display. When turned on, the LCD screen displays black pixels that stand out against a bright yellow-green background. Designed as a trans screen, which guarantees optimal visibility in different lighting conditions.

In direct sunlight, the reflective layer reflects ambient light back to the viewer, ensuring readability. In low-light environments, the backlight is activated, providing additional illumination to maintain screen clarity. The LCD display has a wide operating temperature range of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, making it ideal for use in harsh environments. Offers excellent visibility from the 6 o'clock position and is capable of trouble-free operation on a 5.0v supply voltage. Compatible with arduino/c8051 and other development boards, it complies with RoHS standards and has undergone strict quality testing to meet or exceed industry standards.
