The module has dimensions of 65.20mm (width) × 201.18mm (height) × 3.30mm (thickness), uses a transmissive normally black panel, supports full viewing angle (horizontal ±80°, vertical ±80°) display, color gamut coverage of 70% (CIE1931 standard), typical contrast of 900:1, brightness of 750cd/m², and can present 16.7M colors. Its operating voltage is VCI=2.8V (typical value), IOVCC=1.8V (typical value), the backlight consists of 15 white LEDs, adopts a 3-series 5-parallel structure, the operating voltage range is 16.8~20.4V (typical value 18V), and the maximum drive current is 100mA.

In addition, the module has high requirements for power supply stability. Exceeding the nominal voltage may shorten the lifespan. DC drive is prone to electrochemical reactions and must be strictly avoided.
